In this session, Erin and Maggie will walk through the Teacher Of the Year process and its evolution into a collaborative team approach. While working together in the Northwest Region, they were inspired to elevate teacher voice and engage in work toward equity. Learn about their mission to improve the culture and climate of the profession and how they built capacity with teachers in order to ultimately benefit students of North Carolina.
